Careers / leadership & professional introductions

Build with judgment.
Lead with purpose.

Help shape the foundations of a digital-asset technology business. We are interested in people who bring sound operating judgment, rigorous research and the ability to turn a clear plan into useful work.

01 / Planned executive roles

Leadership with a clear mandate.

Arclight Digital Assets is a Miami-based startup project in preparation. We welcome expressions of interest while the organization and its employment arrangements are being established.

Current recruitment stage. This is an introduction process for planned positions, not an offer of employment or a confirmed start date. The project is not yet incorporated. The employing legal entity, work-state eligibility and employment terms must be confirmed in writing before any engagement begins. Read our project facts.
02 / How we approach the work

Standards worth building around.

Our focus is digital-asset research, financial technology and operating design. These principles describe how we want the work to be done as the project develops.

01 · Evidence before certainty

Make the reasoning visible.

Separate facts from assumptions. Explain what is known, what still needs testing and what would change a decision. Write for the people who need to use the result.

02 · Practical ownership

Connect decisions to delivery.

Define the outcome, the owner and the next review point. Identify dependencies early and close the loop on commitments across functions and time zones.

03 · Responsible progress

Build controls into the work.

Protect information, document material tradeoffs and raise concerns promptly. Treat operational resilience and clear boundaries as part of product quality.

03 / A useful introduction

Show the work behind the title.

A concise professional account is more useful than a long list of claims. Choose examples that are relevant to the role and that you are permitted to share.

Context

Explain your scope.

Describe the type of organization, your responsibilities, the complexity of the operation and the teams or partners involved. Include your U.S. work state and preferred contact email.

Contribution

Describe your decisions.

Share one or two examples of a process you improved, a cross-functional initiative you led or a difficult operating tradeoff you resolved. Make your personal contribution clear.

Evidence

Make outcomes concrete.

Explain the starting point, your approach and the result. Use permitted figures or anonymized examples. A professional profile link is helpful; confidential files are not required.

For the COO introduction, focus on operating leadership and organizational readiness. For strategy and execution leadership, explain how you translated priorities into a delivery roadmap, aligned stakeholders and measured outcomes. Do not include Social Security numbers, identification documents, bank details, passwords, wallet information or confidential employer materials.
04 / The recruitment process

Clarity at each step.

The following is the anticipated process. Invitations, timing and any later stages will be confirmed individually as preparation advances.

  1. Professional introduction

Send your relevant background through the application form. A successful submission confirms receipt of your introduction, not selection or an interview invitation.

  2. Scope and mutual fit

If there is a relevant next step, discuss the project stage, the planned role, your experience, work location and availability before investing in a longer process.

  3. Operating and leadership discussion

Explore how you approach priorities, controls, people and execution. The scope and expectations of any exercise should be agreed in advance; use non-confidential examples.

  4. References and written terms

Where appropriate, later stages may include references and checks with the necessary notices and authorizations. Any offer must identify the employing entity, responsibilities, compensation, conditions and proposed start date.

Formal onboarding follows an accepted written offer and verified employment arrangements. Our U.S. preparation guide is a personal reference checklist; it does not submit employee paperwork or establish employment.
05 / Professional network

These are areas of interest for future conversations. They are not advertised vacancies and do not share the compensation terms of the planned executive roles.

06 / Candidate questions

Before you introduce yourself.

Are these positions open for an immediate start?

We are accepting expressions of interest for the planned roles while Arclight remains in preparation. There is no confirmed start date. Any employment must follow confirmation of the legal employing entity and a written offer.

What are the work arrangements and how are terms agreed?

The planned arrangement is full-time and remote within the United States. Role scope, compensation and work-state eligibility will be discussed during recruitment. Final employment terms must be confirmed in a written offer before work begins.

Are benefits, incentives or equity already available?

No package has been finalized. Health coverage, retirement support, paid leave, remote-work support and executive development are proposed for consideration. Any incentive or equity arrangement requires separate approval and written terms. Review the proposed package in the COO brief or strategy and execution brief.

How do I follow up or request an accommodation?

Email careers@arclightdigitalassets.com with the role and the date of your introduction. For an accommodation request, describe the adjustment needed without sending medical records. A response timetable is not guaranteed while the project is in preparation.

Will my application complete onboarding?

No. An application is a professional introduction. The public onboarding guide saves only optional checklist progress on your own device. Employment documents and any formal checks are handled separately after the appropriate written arrangements are confirmed.

How can I check that a recruiting message is genuine?

Verify unexpected messages through careers@arclightdigitalassets.com. The application process does not require recruitment fees, cryptocurrency transfers, wallet connections or account credentials. Read the Privacy Policy before sharing information.
